E.L.F. Studio Line Brushes and Baked Eyeshadow

I have been very impressed with Elf Cosmetics lately. I had tried a few items from them in the past and wasn't all that impressed, but recently decided to give them another shot. Wow! I don't know if the items I picked up a few years back had been sitting on the shelf awhile or what, but the quality of the products I recently purchased are bounds better.

I was browsing Target and came across the Elf display so I decided to pick up a few brushes since my Shany brushes are looking a little worn. At $3 a brush I figured that even if they weren't great they would last me until I could get a better set. I also saw the baked eyeshadow and decided to get the shades Pixie (left) and Enchanted (right).

I have been blown away by both the brushes and the shadow! The brushes are soft and sturdy feeling. They haven't shed a single bristle and have all performed wonderfully. The shadows felt a little dry when I first swiped them but after I broke the top layer they are soft, buttery,  and nicely pigmented.
I will definitely be picking up more of both the brushes and the shadows, and am excited to try more Elf products.
