Is everyone ready for summer? I*ow I am! Luckily, I've got the Zoya Tickled and Bubbly Collections to help add some summer into my life.
Up first is the Tickled Collection:
This collection can be purchased at www.zoya.com for $54, or each polish can bee purchased individually for $9.
·Tilda - a warm mantis green creme.
(Listed as 5/5 opacity)
·Ling - a vibrant royal blue creme with balanced undertones. (5/5)
·Rooney - mid range magenta pink creme with balanced undertones. (5/5)
·Kitridge - classic bubble gum pink creme, universally flattering with evenly balanced warm and cool tones. (5/5)
·Wendy - a cool toned juicy summer melon creme with cool undertones. (5/5)
·Rocha - a folly red creme with warm undertones. (5/5)
I found the formula of these to be excellent. Sometimes I have trouble applying creme formulas but these were a dream to apply. They were neither too thick nor thin, and they were all nicely opaque. I was able to get complete opacity in two coats with all of them. I was expecting Kitridge to be streaky and sheer, especially after the problems I had with Dot from the spring collection, but it went on beautifully. They all dried down smoothly and evenly, with a glossy finish.
I tested Rooney to see what the wear time would be before I began to get chipping. I made it 5 days before I had noticeable tip wear, but no chipping. At day 8 I got my first chip. Needless to say, I am really impressed with the wear time. I am a mom to a 1 year old and an almost 3 year old, and cleaning up after them is TOUGH on my nails and hands. The Tickled Collection definitely passed the test for wear time.
My personal favorites from the Tickled Collection are Ling, Wendy and Rocha. Which ones are your favorite?
