Up today is the Zoya Summer 2014 Bubbly Collection!
A beautiful set of 6 polishes made from Zoya's exclusive liquid metal, holographic jelly formula.
·Stassi - brilliant cool toned citron green with gold metallic glaze and a holographic finish. (Listed as 3/5 on the opacity scale)
·Muse - a cool toned blue raspberry holographic fizz with subtle veins of gold. (3/5)
·Harper - a cool toned cotton candy pink with spun gold shimmer. (3/5)
·Binx - a cool toned spicy orchid purple dappled with gold metallic shimmer and holographic sparkle. (3/5)
·Jesy - a warm toned fiery coral orange metallic with holographic sparkle. (3/5)
·Alma - a warm toned golden peach metallic with holographic sparkle. (3/5)
The formula of these was nice. Slightly on the thin side, but easy to work with. They applied very smooth and fluid. The opacity of these was accurately listed. With two thin coats I could still see my nail line through them. After a third thin coat they were completely opaque with the exception of Jesy and Alma, which needed four thin coats before I could no longer see my nail line.
I tested out Muse for wear time and was able to get 6 days before I had noticeable tip wear, and get my first chip on day 7. I would definitely give a thumbs up for wear time!
My favorites of the group are Muse and Jesy. Which ones are your favorites?
Each polish in this collection can be purchased from www.zoya.com for $9 each or as a set of all 6 for $54.
